<p>I got emails that both UPenn and Columbia extended their ED deadlines. Did Princeton extend the SCEA deadline? I'm in serious risk of not having power and... other damage (speaking from experience). </p>

<p>I’d like to know as well, in case anyone has an update on this. And just to let everyone (who didn’t already hear) know, Harvard and Yale extended theirs too - I feel that an extension by Princeton is inevitable.</p>

<p>All other Ivy League schools have now extended their deadlines to ~November 5th. Come on Princeton!</p>

But as a precautionary measure I would still say send out your application NOW.
If you go out of power then anyways you will not be able to send it for some days.
So do not take a chance.
Save yourself and your parents some last minute panic and send it out before you go out of power.
