SO Confused.

I recently moved from another state to Mass. and it hasn't been the most easiest transition. I am a rising senior and I still havent made any college plans yet. I do not want to stay in Mass because to be honest, (and im really sorry) i havent particularly adapted very well to the state and its people. My parents want me to be in-state for college b/c of $$. What do you think i should do? I dont want to go to school in Mass, but I feel that is my only option.

I do not like BC, BU, or Umass Amherst...

If i go to school out of state, what are some inexpensive universities? Im looking at Penn State and CMellon is my dream school at the moment...HELP.

First of all, being in state won’t help you financially at private schools like BC and BU. I live in Mass but a lot of kids from my HS go to URI and UConn, both nearby. If your dream school is Carnegie Mellon I’d assume you’re interested in technology? Worcester Polytechnic is a GREAT engineering school. It’s hard to recommend without your stats and area of interest. Let us know!
