I have been changing my mind on where i want to go to college every few hours for the past week... help?
I want to major in poli sci and move onto law school and eventually move into politics
my options are(with their biggest draw):
UNC-chapel hill (basically a full ride at a highly respected school)
Ohio State (number 4 poli sci program in the world according LSE, and its home so sentimental value)
American University (all of the internship opportunities that D.C. provides)

At both OSU and American I would graduate with about $30,000 debt + interest

I want to get a great education but at the same time I want to have fun... I am so lost-- any opinion is greatly appreciated

because of the internship opportunities and/or strength of the poli sci program… and quality of life would be about equal at all three (bigger city and more ppl at OSU, DC for American)

atrain - Your perspectives on Q of L are certainly valid if they best represent your personal priorities. And I have nothing negative at all to say about OSU or AU. It’s just that for most students who are applying to UNC as a target school, they might consider OSU or AU to be viable safeties, and they may consider paying thousands extra if necessary to choose UNC over them.

UNC has best rep and you would have to pay almost nothing!!! Yeah people usually use American and Ohio State as safeties for UNC. Sure, American has DC for internship opportunities, but with a name like UNC I’m sure you will be able to land some great internships.
