I'm gonna scream at the guy... so I'm not going to open my email. If I got accepted a DHL ( or Fedex or w.e) package will come to my door and I will know I was accepted... and if I was deferred or rejected... it will come by regular mail? So if decisions come out online on Tuesday... and I live in Cali what time could I expect the package or the rejection letter.

so look for a package outside my door for the next few days... and if it doesn't come then I got rejected/deferred?

Since you live so far from NY, why not just look online?

See, I live in an apartment.
Even if I do get a package, it will not come to me, it will go to the office.

DARNNNNNNNN

I'm the mom of the applicant, but...

About a half hour ago my garage doorbell half-rang, so I went to the window to look out and saw DHL driving down the driveway. While assuring myself it could not be from Columbia for the entire second-and-a-half it took me to get to the door, I hurried through the garage, swung open the door, and... it was the itinerary for an upcoming trip.

I would be very surprised it would be DHL this year. Columbia likes to keep its applicants guessing. Last year was DHL. They were sent out the night before the notification date. Some of you may get the package tomorrow if you llive around NYC area. I am surprised that no one has paid someone to stalk the admission office. It's after 5pm already. Last year we knew it was DHL by now (4:35pm to be exact).

Good luck to you all.

2010 class was fed ex .. eders get the big envolpe twice (ed and RD)
may arrive before your email (I lived in canada and my parents found out before I did -.-)

Would DHL/Fed-ex/whatever company Columbia's using this year leave it in your mailbox, or would they drop it off on your porch like a larger package?

Nobody but the US Postal Service can put anything in your mailbox.

Okay, thanks.

Don't be a baby and just check the email.
