Besides the wonderful education and great campus, do Hopkins students get any extra "special" benefits in Baltimore?

I.e., I know Rice University students get free public transportation passes, and some schools offer discounts on local merchandise -- a "student discount".

Does Hopkins have anything like that?

We get free admissions to the Baltimore Museum of Art (though it recently went "Free for All" for a period of time so that's not too special anymore)

Hopkins students all get a "Hopkins Student Discount Card" at the beginning of each year that's like a reusable coupon at a bunch of different local stores- 10% off your purchase at Eddie's Market is what I use it for the most, but they have deals for the florists, Donna's, Xandos...

We also, as college students in the Baltimore Collegetown Network, get free access to the Collegetown shuttle which runs to Towson mall and the Inner Harbor

Other cool things:

$10 college nights at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra

The Baltimore Collegetown Network has a weekly mailings of 50% off deals for cultural events throughout the city. You can subscribe to the list from their website.

Oh, I just though of another benefit...

...the chance to see AdmissionsDaniel on-campus. SO COOL.
