<p>Thread revival!!! I got into Santa Yenez today. That’s what I wanted so I’m happy. Under $600 a month sounds good to me.</p>
<p>SWAGANDTAG: me tooo!!! omg im so happy…but is it 100%? is it FOR SURE that I just signed this contract to live in Santa Ynez? Im really hoping they don’t change their mind and put me in el dorado or something. 570 a month is good</p>
<p>also @swagandtag: if you read the contract it says something like we have to sign a copy and email, fax, or give it to them in person…i don’t see a place i can sign it other than just electronically submitting</p>
<p>I got into Santa Ynez as well!! I heard that it was the best apartment to chose from. Is that true?? Also what would happen if I am going study abroad in spring semester or the winter and spring quarter??</p>
<p>@ddobg: I also heard it’s really pretty compared to the other ones. I hope this is 100% and not just “oh there were not Santa ynez aparments open so we put you in El dorado”. You migh have to call or read the contract and ask them. The front desk lady was kind of a dick.</p>

<p>1) Do we have to submit another contract in conjunction with the room mate preference form.</p>
<p>2) How to fill out the room mate preference form. For example I don’t go to sleep before 11pm but I don’t want to be with people that don’t sleep. Also I may want to have an overnight guest but I don’t want to have a party house, so should I check this box?</p>
<p>3) I don’t want to live with a smoker but I wan’t to be able to smoke weed in my room every week or two. I’m requesting to stay with a person I know who is cool with it but it is still smoking in my room.</p>
<p>You can always select “NO PREF” instead of yes or no. As for the roommates you need to write their perm number in. About the weed thing…be very careful. People will complain. I don’t mind it unless it’s not at night where I can’t sleep bc of the skunk smell lol. But pick “no PREF” instead I guess</p>
<p>lol. There’s not that much smoke. A few tokes get you high enough. lol. When you said that I imagined someone trying to sleep and another person blowing smoke in their face. lol. I’m requesting a room mate and he’s cool with it so I’m good.</p>

I have a strong nose so I smell it from a mile away! But that’s good you found someone that won’t mind. What happens if they find out you’ve been smoking it?</p>
<p>lol. nvm. I know it shouldn’t be a problem. I submitted my thing today and am good to go. Just need to wait for the summer to be over. I’m not taking summer classes so I’m am sooo bored. I need to find something to do.</p>

I’m gonna be bored out of my mind for three months. I should find a hobby haha. They’ll notify us of our roommates in early September. countdown begins!!!</p>
<p>Yeah, I’m thinking of doing some volunteering or even better a job cause I can get paid.</p>
