<p>I would definately write a letter to them especially if Michigan is one of your top choices. In the letter I would include the fact that Michigan remains your number one choice and that you still want to go there and if you find any other reasons why you want to go there, write it. I would also update your regional representative with any updates, like if you win an award or a scholarship. That's just my advice.</p>

<p>You can find out who your regional representative is by calling the undergraduate admissions office and simply asking. That is how I found out mine when I needed to add an award to my application.</p>
