Ok, so my noncustodial parent (my mom) has not filed her taxes. I need her to provide me with information for the CSS profile STILL and she has not. Also, College Board never sent me an e-mail for the noncustodial parent forms, and Emory's "missing financial aid information" e-mail that I just received told me to contact the College Board to let them know. I still have yet to submit the documents for IDOC for the four schools that require it because my mom still hasn't filed taxes...is there anything I can do?

Yell at your mom!

Seriously, ditto. You need to have an immediate conversation with her and help her understand that this is not “elective” – that unless she’d like to FULLY finance your ed you absolutely need her to cooperate promptly. Make clear what is at stake. Also call Emory and ask if you can qualify for non-custodial waiver if there is some kind of compelling reason you cannot access or reason with your mom. Update your colleges with a status report re: what’s interfering with IDOC. Is there a court order that cites your mom is responsible for 50% of your educational costs? Do you have another parent/guardian/relative who can help you get her onside? If so, ask them to intervene. The FA clock is ticking.
Good luck.

I had the same problem. Seriously flip out and cry and do whatever you have to.
