Hey, well, heres my schedule according to my advisor. There a few pluses that I basically have one class on Thursday and that in general, I'm only taking 4 MAIN core courses instead of 5. Bad thing is defintely my MONDAYS which runs from 8:30 AM-7:00 PM haha. So here it is:

Physical Ed 10000 Sec 01: MW: 8:30 -9:20AM with Haslett/Schmidt

I see what you mean on your Mondays but as long as you are happy with the schedule (the classes I mean) I would stick with it. You will get used to it! A few semesters ago I only had class two days a week which made for very long Tuesdays and Thursdays. It can be done, you just have to get used to it. No worries.

If your Monday schedule seems too much, you can sign up for the PE classes that take place at night (like lifeguard certification and skiing I believe).

back to back classes really aren't an issue at all. You have 15 minutes to walk across campus and normally you can do that pretty easily. The only problem is if your classes cover lunch. If that happens, you always can get grab and go lunch.

That isn't always an option. I have had four back to back classes before so sometimes the only option is grab and go (unless you just skip lunch).

I had a similar schedule my first semester of freshmen year. And, to put it simply, the mornings and early afternoons are tough. The only thing that I would consider changing is the Chem lab time. Try to move it to a Tuesday or Thursday. Its not demanding but the labs sometimes run over the end time. Also, all your big tests will be on a Tuesday or Thursday. So the last place you want to be the night before a big Bio test is in a Chem lab. Trust me, get it changed. Best of luck.

Classes like Chem, Bio, and Calc all schedule tests on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. They are known as departmental exams. That is why few classes are scheduled for 8:30 on the Tuesday and Thursday time slot. My Chem exams began as early as 7:00 A.M. on Thursdays.

Nope, the tests are very early (sometimes even 6:30-7:00 start times) so you will be done in time for your 8 AM class. I know, that is both good and bad!
