So I accidentally left some things unanswered on my app...

I cannot believe how I missed answering some short answer questions, and I know it's too late to try and fix it online. But should I send them a copy of my resume through the mail so it answers some of the questions?

i’m no expert but it probably cant hurt, either A. they dont take your resume into consideration but no harm done or B. you get to fill in a few of the blanks and increase your chances…

doesnt seem like you can really lose (assuming your resume is up to snuff :P)

How did that happen? I thought you had to answer every question with something in order to have the option to send it in?

In your position, I would call the office, ask them what I should do, and then do whatever they say. Good luck!

I don’t know how it happened either. The application said that I answered all the required questions, so they let me submit it.

Email ugrad-confirm@columbia.edu and tell them what you want to add or correct on your app.

Actually, I highly recommend finding your regional director of your state (just google columbia regional directors) and his/her email address. Email him/her with an explanation and the corrections you want to make. They are the first to read your application and would gladly want to make changes before the app is sent off to be read by the actual columbia staff

Thanks for all the advice! I contacted the online admissions people and they told me to send my corrections to another email. I believe it’s the same one that Columbia1014 posted.
