So, I don't have a blank line. *tears*

I still dont have a blank line either :

Hey everyone. I applied to Tepper & the Economics department…

34 ACT, 760 Spanish, 710 Chem, 690 Italian, 690 US Hist, 690 MathII

Had a really good supplement & main essay, with really good recs [only read one from my econ teacher, though]

No blank line… Two other kids from my school applied to CompSci and one has a blank line. My folder was pulled on Jan 9th however my 1st semester grades were lost and they only received them March 10 via fax…

My interview went awesomely!

Still worried…

the absence of blank lines mean nothing. Here’s a post from the mom of a kid who just got into Carnegie Mellon in the Musical Theatre program, absolutely one of the hardest programs at Carnegie Mellon to get into…She posted this on Friday and his link never changed:

“My s just heard his decision (a bit early) directly from a mt associate professor. Nothing changed on his communications link. I agree that there is no way of knowing the final decision until you get the news directly from the horse’s mouth (so to speak!)!”

For those of you who don’t know, the acting and musical theatre kids get called directly by the school when they are admitted, followed by the “envelope.” So they are finding out right now.

what exactly does this alleged blank line look like, anyway? I don’t get it! I think I know but I’m not sure. Is it like how when you go onto your where am i in the process, and there is like something that occured on the left and then a date on the right, and then the blank line is where there is a date but nothing in the box next to it? is that what it is??? sorry if i sound uninformed!

I think this should help. It’s from my Status Check page.

http://i253.■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■/albums/hh73/plaknas/blankline.jpg

yea. definitely still have no blank line. applied to hss and cfa.

same here. Im thinking CFA applicants maybe dont get blank lines??? I know another CFA applicant at my school who also doesn’t have a blank line.

I am CFA and CIT

Yeah i applied to cfa and i don’t have a blank line. but whoever does or does not have a blank line I really don’t think it means anything

I applied to CIT, don’t have a blank line yet.

I applied to CFA too, and I don’t have a blank line. (Nor do I have a “Folder Pulled Committee Read”.

Luckily, we should find out next week :D

my folder hasnt been pulled either…i guess its safe to assume CFA applicants dont get the line… *sigh of relief haha

what majors did you apply for? Im industrial design

Yeah i didn’t get any ‘folder pulled’ stuff either. i applied for BM flute performance.

Agreed. I have no blank line and I’m a CFA applicant, too.

oh hey, i found all the other cfa applicants! no blank line or pulled folder for me either. did anyone apply to the bha program?

still no blank line, did SCS and CIT

My D applied to CFA School of Design and got a blank line on Feb 13. (I don’t mean to worry anybody, though. Sounds like lots of people don’t have blank lines.)

no blank line to CIT

oh hey! im a cfa applicant as well, and no, i do not have this mysterious
“blank line”. is anyone here doing design?

has anyone from cfa even found out yet?

same here, cfa applicant [design] no blank line …sign* only line for decision …
