So I have 3 luggage bags for college (airport dilemma)...

So I have 2 big rolling suitcases, a backpack and an external monitor in a box with a handle to carry.

One of the rolling suitcases can go on four wheels and basically I can rest the monitor on top of the rolling suitcase and push with one hand.

The other hand is rolling the smaller suitcase.

And I will wear my backpack.

I probably will use a cart whenever I can making my time actually carrying all the bags only when I am going from plane to train to bus.

Will this be feasible or too much to carry? The alternative is to ship the monitor over and just roll the suitcases.

bump. 10char.

OMG what? That’s a bit ridiculous…too much luggage just makes it harder to move around without running over any toes or running late.

Ship whatever cannot be wheeled. Er, probably ship one of the rolling suitcases, actually. Good luck.

Since you have to make two changes, I’d say ship one of the items. Also, you probably can’t carry on the monitor (depending on size) so you’ll have to check it – are you ok with that?

On most airlines a third checked bag is $100. My daughter bought alot of clothes and a third suitcase while at her internship for the summer. We found the $100 fee out thankfully before leaving, and she was able to ship a 35 lb. bag from Oregon to Mass. for $41, including the box to put the luggage in. It arrived at campus on time and took the stress off her trying to manuever the extra bag through the airport, not to mention it was cheaper.
