So I have finals this week...

I'm only taking two classes this semester, and I'm running pretty fine in terms of grades (89 for precalculus II, A+ for programming I)

The problem is the finals.

I've spend pretty much all of yesterday studying for my Precalculus II exam (which is today) but I'm almost certain that by the time the test rolls around, I'll have forgotten everything. I understand the material just fine (even though no one in my family is aware of that) it's just that everyone puts so much importance on the finals, the stress literally pushes everything else out of my mind.

Currently I'm binging on sugary foods so that I'll be too wasted to think about finals, but that doesn't make them go away. If anyone knows a better way to get my mind to stop stressing me out, I'm open to suggestions...

Can I possibly be "eh, no biggie" towards my finals and get away with it, considering the current grades I have? I'm aiming for a B+ or higher for Precalculus, and anything in the A range for programming. I know from past experience that when I study hard for tests I only get nervous breakdowns.

What?

Why don’t you study hard, shoot for the highest grade you can, then relax and take the test. Turn it in, then CHILL OUT.

it’s always best to try the hardest you can. so when you look back you wont say to yourself “i could have tried harder”

even if you don’t do so great its comforting to know you put all the effort you could into studying

I did study hard an go for the highest grade I can. My problem is relaxing. The thing is, I’m happy with knowing that I put all the effort I could into the course - it’s the people around me who aren’t. ¬_¬’

Take deep breaths before you take your test to help focus. Seriously, it helps.
