No, a TAG and a TAP are two very different things. From the UCLA Web site: “The UCLA Transfer Alliance Program (TAP) gives you the opportunity to enhance your ability to transfer to UCLA at the junior level from a California community college. Students are certified after completing the honors/scholars program at their community college and given priority consideration for admission to UCLA College of Letters and Science.” Basically, the only requirement is to complete five transferable honors classes from a school that has a transfer alliance with UCLA. Trust me, my TAP has already been signed by my cc counselor and approved by UCLA.

Also, does anyone else have a class that runs into the evening and is seriously ****ed off that they won’t get a chance to maniacally refresh the URSA site tonight? Stupid classes getting in the way of my craziness.

Straight up honesty call, don’t listen to Chesser… He tried to get me to e-mail him for confirmation of the admissions being on April 16 pretending he was from UCLA. Oh and he trys to internet people, not that it means anything but he would probably say you were in, in his mind at least to get into your pants. Also FA is not a gaurantee yet, seriously wait for the SIR.

I’m assuming if you didn’t apply for FA, and don’t see a FA summary in URSA, that this is normal and means nothing with regard to your admission status?

feefee…
You are lucky you have classes tonight to distract you. I’m on spring break and wasting it away like a hermit who can’t be pried away from the computer. This is gonna be an antisocial evening for sure.

so are we still under the impression that decisions will be wednesday? does anyone have any new theories/ info to when they are actually releasing decisions
