Ok, this is driving me crazy. I have this classical music tune stuck in my head, I'm pretty sure it's a famous violin part, slow, and I think it plays in a ballet or something when someone dies... I don't think anyone will know what I'm talking about, but I'd really appreciate some guesses just because I can't concentrate. Maybe part of a Vivaldi or Dvorak piece, I'm not sure. So yah, slow, probably violin, sad, ummm help me!

I think you were right when you said that no one will know what your talking about. Anyway, I can't help you; sorry.

Just be glad it's not some lame pop drivel driving you nuts.

You can probably sing it and post file with recording. Is it used somewhere in modern movies though?
The only two compositions overused in Hollywood films that I know of are Wagner - Ride of Valkyrie and very first pieces of Carmina Burana.

You do realize that there are hundreds of songs that fit that description, right?

actually, I can't think of a single one that fits that description.

when i read this post i immediately thought of Greensleeves, but 99.99999% sure it wasn't that. Also sounds like EVERY SINGLE THING FROM SCHINDLER'S LIST. Yuck.
