<p>I just graduated cc, and have a 3.6 gpa, and a 3.7 major gpa. one of the problems is that i majored in business administration. So i only took two accounting courses. which in my current school (baruch college) it's counted as one course. I'm going to start taking my accounting courses next semester as i didn't have enough prerequisites this semester. I have 80 credits from my cc, and with the credits i'll get at baruch i'll have 150 in two years. so, i think i'm elligible for taking the cpa.
But, I missed my cpa fair. what's the chances of getting an internship this summer, especially at one of the big 4 if i just applied through my school, and however else i need to apply.</p>
<p>Honestly, with only credits from a CC and missing your accounting night? Slim to none. You haven’t taken ANY accounting courses and so that means you won’t take Intermediate until next Fall? Yeah, they require you to have taken or be in the process of taking intermediate.</p>
<p>You obviously probably aren’t in Beta Alpha Psi, which is a big part. Get a part-time job, join Beta Alpha Psi or some other Accounting related club and shoot for Summer '12.</p>
