<p>They were supposed to show us which restaurant has the best food, which place is the best for dating, which place is the cheapest, and all those things to know to do well at UCLA.</p>
<p>And I missed it cuz I had to go home for family emergency :`(</p>
<p>So can any of you nice people be kind enough to just very briefly fill me up with those kind of info?</p>
<p>1.) Which place gives you most amount of food with the cheap price?
2.) Best Chinese Restaurant?
3.) Any Vietnamese Noodle Place?
4.) Sushi?
5.) Any hot romantic restaurants perfect for dating?
6.) Bookstores?
7.) Any other places that I need to know about?</p>
<p>5-olive garden? lol. but really...hot romantic restaurants? none come to mind. eh. Palomino maybe? Napa Valley Grille? smaller hole in the walls i dont know the name of? possibly. </p>
<p>6-hm. novel cafe? is that a book store? otherwise the closest borders is 2 blocks south of wilshire on westwood blvd.</p>
<p>7- Damon & Pythias. Chipotle is coming soon. Pinkberry if you're into that. 24 hour subway if you're into that. etc. </p>
<p>really though most of these things are best determined by just walking around and trying stuff. everyone likes different stuff.</p>
<p>no idea. but im going to stay away and continue going to my (3 other) standby locations until the initial hype dies down. can you imagine those lines yo? i don't have that kind of patience.</p>
<p>1.) Which place gives you most amount of food with the cheap price? Enzo's. Jose Bernstein's. Subway. In-n-Out.
2.) Best Chinese Restaurant? There are none... there's "Mr. Noodle" but it sucks. The closest thing to Chinese around Westwood is Panda Express.
3.) Any Vietnamese Noodle Place? No. I think there's a place called Noodle Planet but it sucks bizalls. There's a place called Phoreign on Sawtelle. It's overpriced and tastes mediocre. Van Nuys has a really good pho restaurant for cheap. I think it's Pho 999.
4.) Sushi? Tomodachi is OK. Go to Sawtelle instead for Japanese food.
5.) Any hot romantic restaurants perfect for dating? Dating? Well... Diddy Riese, ... that's about it. Very few places. Just oust the fast food joints... burger joints basically... IMO, Enzo's is really cute and quaint. BJ's is good. I like Damon & Pythia's (outside with lighting). Broxton has some cute restaurants.
6.) Bookstores? Some speciality mystery novel bookstores. Otherwise, there's a Borders down Westwood.
7.) Any other places that I need to know about? Red Mango (frozen yogurt). :)</p>
