And I felt like I was in a fkg amusement park, like Disneyland or some bs lol.

Like, I was standing in front of the campanile, and I saw all the students on their bikes and walking back and forth. And to me, it just felt like an amusement park, lmao..I was kinda expecting Mickey Mouse or something to come out haha.

I liked it, and I'm excited to go to Cal.

Do you guys feel this way?

Also, one more question: how does CalSO work? I know we have to stay overnight, but who do they pair us up with? I'm in L&S so I'm assuming I have to go with that group?

Thanks

Funny, that’s exactly how I always feel walking that area :D

The maths, physics and engineering buildings are located on a much more somber part of campus, which may interest you whatever your tastes may be.

It’s a good balance I guess.

insertname - they pair you up with someone else attending the CalSO, but typically a CalSO session serves more than one college. Depends on your date. You could be sharing with a student from L&S or another college, kinda random. Since you are in a dorm, you will be wandering between rooms and moving in packs with others you meet at the CalSO anyway, so the specific roommate-for-a-night isn’t that big a deal.
