Ok so ill be starting my senior year in HighSchool next week, so ill be applying soon for next years fall semster and ill hopefully get in..lol.. IM not really sure what to ask, but i figured i'ed ask a few things at the top of my head and see if any-one respond or even cares since this is my first post and im not sure how any-one will react..lol..

The gym at the college, is it a very big gym with lots to do or a little on the small side??

I love the campus by the way..Its huge..So does freshman-15 really apply since the school is so huge and people walk to most of their classes..

Umm..Ok.. So are the dorms weird at first at all since theres other people in the bedroom with you after years of having your own bedroom??

Are there individual showers and such or it just a huge bathroom for everyone to use..

And how are gays treated.. Are people more mature and dont care, or it just like highschool in a sense.

Ok thanxs for anyone who responds to these weird questions..hehe.

UCLA is relatively liberal seeing as how its in LOS ANGELES, california. you also might want to consider berkeley or davis if you're so concerned about those issues.

big enough

if you live up the hill it certainly helps

you deal with it. if you can't, stay close to home and commute.

some dorms individual showrs, some communal

big diversity of views. for most part, LA = liberal + college students = most accepting of gays so overall very accepting

why bother with tehse questions until if/when you get in!??!

big and nice gym

freshman 15 may apply despite your walking

depends on how you adapt

you can pay more to have private bath

gays are well accepted

Yah i know my questions were odd..lol..But im just trying to figure out what UCLA is like and these were just a few of the quesions off the top of my head.. Thanxs for all who answered my questions.. :-)

I'm not sure if Davis would be more accepting than Berkeley or UCLA (it might be, I'm not sure), but UCSC might fit the bill. Also, ckmodel, if you think UCLA's campus is huge, you might want to investigate into some other schools. UCLA uses almost all of it's land, but has a lot less overall than other than most other schools in the UC system. Then again, LA might be the best place for your modeling career. :)
