Because I apparently have OCD, anyhow I realized that in one, of the many essays I had to write, was a grammatical mistake. In the very last sentence too!

Should I be freaking out?

500+ Words and I make one mistake and leave it uncorrected!

GRRRRR

For those wondering, I used the word matches when match would have been correct.

Don’t worry about it. It’s totally not a big deal at all.

This is exactly why I never read my essays after sending my applications. Torture.

They might not notice. Humans make mistakes anyways.

But I do the same, NotAClue. I refuse to read them once submitted because I always find something.

I got sideswiped with a second essay for my Georgetown application. Thankfully, it was a similar topic to the essay prompt for my George Washington University essay. I took my GW essay and changed the word George Washington to Georgetown. After I submitted it, I re-read it and realized I didn’t take the “The” out of “The George Washington University” and so it read “The Georgetown University” which is incorrect. nothing I can do now…
