Apply to both! However, I think the best option is the one that gives you the least amount of debt. Having thousands of dollars in debt for undergrad is not worth it, especially if you plan on going to grad school. OU isn’t the greatest school ever, but it’s not like it would be the worst thing ever. A full ride is a full ride, and if you can get out of undergrad debt free, then do it!

Saving money on undergrad was the best decision I made. Now would I have been happier somewhere else? Probably. But in terms of finances and setting myself up for the best grad school opportunities, going to a state school for free worked out perfectly.

The only way I recommend spending 40K+ for undergrad is if you have a specific program in mind that will set you up with lucrative employment opportunities. If you are sure you want to do biomedical engineering at JHU, it might be worth it. If you are undecided about what you want to do, I’d recommend the state school.

My thing is that I kinda want to start completely over but idk…at the same time I still want to keep things the same
