So i was wondering...

So im a junior at a Texas high school, and while ive done fairly well with academics ad have gotten wayyy better over the past 2 years (Mostly A's, some B's, and an occasional C to all A's the last trimester) i havent had ONE EC to my name, well, except Track last year, but i havent done much, partly because of oppurtunities, partly because of grades, so im taking my first AP classes this year (2 or 3, havent gotten full schedule) and im wondering if i stick with Track and can join AVID and possibly NHS, and add 2 or 3 more AP classes, would i have a chance of getting into a half decent university? I was thinking NC State, UT-Austin, University of Louisville, or UGA, i have a feeling ill do great on my ACT and SAT so maybe Vandy but thats a huuuuge reach.

Just make sure you’re really dedicated to your ECs. Colleges would prefer to see dedication to a few ECs (leadership positions, etc.) rather than just being a member of a laundry list of clubs.
