<p>as for drinks, i'm a WATER person. nothing quite like drinking upwards of a gallon a day.</p>
<p>I know this person at our school who brings a gallon of water with her. She carries the jug all day and drinks from it. Goes by a very healthy meal plan.</p>
<p>^water is awesome. i quit soda a few months ago, and i'm loving it! juice's good, but sometimes i feel like i'm coughing sugar.</p>
