There have been so many impressive things about the University of Alabama. The most important thing to me is the response time of my son’s communications with the U of Alabama. No matter what the question is, he has gotten a response within 24 hours (even after business hours)! Dr. Sharp and the various professors that we have sent emails to have been extremely helpful with our questions. I can’t say that this has been the case with the other large public universities that we have been contacting. It sure gives me peace of mind that my son is going to a university where he can ask questions and get help right away!
