So...is this for a counsler or teacher?!

Yes another stupid rec question, I'm sorry.

Some schools like Loyola and Depaul have counsler/teacher recemendations. So I was wondering, can you give these to teachers instead of counslers? (told you it was stupid)

It seems like it but there seems to be sections which I think a normal teacher can't fill out like "how would you rate the student's course choices?" or the little note in the bottom asking to send this and the transcipt to a certian adress. To be honest I would perfer my teacher to write it for me since she knows me better than my counsler and I'll get a less generic rec, but I don't want to make any mistake.

Give it to you counselor.

Teacher's know you on a more personal level.

that can vary among schools

Very true, I felt much more comfortable giving recs to my counselor,

According to my high school, both require the forms to be given to the counselor. Could be wrong, but that's what it says.

What is the school asking for?

If it wants a counselor rec, make sure you give it to your counselor.

Well the form just says "counsler/teacher reccomendation". That's what confused me. I didn't know who to give it to. I figure that it'll probably be safer to give it to a counsler, though I would rather have my teacher do it.

Check the college website to see what they want.

They may want a counselor as well as a teacher (or 2), but it just uses the same form.
