I hope you had a good first week in your new college experience. How's going?
Don't forget to go to Sean Kingston's Free Concert at the University Yard tomorrow!

I love it!!! I love the campus, I like my profs so far, and I love all the great people I’ve met. Despite the fact that my roommate ended up being an drunken idiot and I doubt we’ll be in the same social circle, I can’t imagine being anywhere but at GW! I LOVE IT !!!

Happy for you, don’t worry about the roomate, usually things cool off the 3rd wk when tests start to come up.

its awesome man, can’t imagine now what it would be lk to not be attending college in the city. theres so much to do and im already starting to form the tight-knit social group i had in high school. plus the party/clubbing scene is so legit. classes for the most part are pretty easy so far, but i’m sure its gonna get harder. still, theres so much time to get ur work done, so as long as u have your priorities straight, u can do well and still have a lot of fun.

Its now been a month since my last post and I still LOVE IT!!! My roommate is still a drunken idiot and if this keeps up, the roommate will flunk out and that will be the end of that!I had taken three intro courses and two upper level courses. The intro level courses are just that, you won’t lose any sleep, have to keep up on the University Writing though. The two upper level courses are busting me which is fine since they are in the area that I want to career in, and they are worth every late night of it. The profs are top notch and I already have had some opportunities that I’ll remember the rest of my life - the Gates/Clinton conference last week. If anyone is still thinking about going somewhere else, just know that this is the best decision I have ever made and its still early> GO GW!
