How badly will this hurt my chances at a top college?

well if you want to go into a math field it certainly won't help. perhaps you should drop into a "normal" class and see how that goes, seeing as how each of the previous classes have been honors. it's funny, my friend last year had the same problem, no B's yet in high school math, switched into regular calculus this year and loves it while the rest of us are struggling horribly.. even with after school tutoring every day.

Don't switch. Getting a B in an honors class and switching to college prep (or worse, regular) conveys laziness on the transcript. Stay with it.

Do you feel that you don't know your math well enough? If you don't, switch.

It's fine if you don't plan on majoring in physics, or mathematics, or something like that.

You will hurt your chances more by trying to switch to an easier class. Continue trying to do your best in the hard math classes. Are you truly struggling in those classes, or do you simply have trouble being good enough at them to get As?

If the latter is true, stay in the courses and challenge yourself. Honors courses often carry weighted grades for a reason. B is not a bad grade. The admissions officers would much rather prefer to see that you are a hardworking person rather than someone who likes to make their stats look better.

as long as you aren't going to major in math it might not hurt you?
but stay in honors going down will look bad! it is far better to get a B in an honors class than an A in a regular class

Actually, to tell the truth, the word "Honors" is so overused colleges don't really care anymore.
