<p>I've just paid the deposit online(entered the VISA card info online). What do I expect next? When will I be able to choose the dorms?</p>
<p>BTW, since I've paid online, so when I mail back the forms to CMU, I don't need to attach the payment one with the packet right?</p>

<p>When CMU acknowledges your deposit, you can log in here: <a href=“https://acis.as.cmu.edu/application/now_enrolling.html[/url]”>https://acis.as.cmu.edu/application/now_enrolling.html</a>.</p>
<p>Fax back the forms (or snail mail) and include a copy of the online payment confirmation you printed when you paid online. That way they will make sure the date of deposit is linked to the online deposit rather than the date of the snail mail or fax you send.</p>
<p>It’s no rush to select a dorm- as it doesn’t matter-- it’s due May 30 for everyone…the most important part of the process was paying the deposit-- that gets you into the housing queue.</p>
<p>Expect 24 hours until you see this on your WAMI page and can then login to the next page on the link in the post directly above.</p>

<p>@togoORnot, I think we (class of 2014) will be able to tell the university which dorms we would mostly like to live in after we pay the deposit and mail back the forms. Then they will send back some other forms for us to fill in including housing preference.</p>

<p>and click the “Now That I’m Enrolling” link in the text. After you identify yourself, you reach the Undergraduate Admission page. If you choose “Housing,” then “Housing First Year Resources Web site,” you’ll get to the Housing application.</p>
<p>Just wait it out a couple of days. It said that on mine for a couple of days, and then I got one like 4 days later :)</p>

<p>yeah, was wondering the same thing. i filled out the online forma and paid with credit card online. got to the NTIE page fine. do i need to mail the paper form that was included in the admission FAT package they sent us?</p>

<p>If you were successful in the online payment process (a screen pops up), you’re all set!
If you a person wanting to be extra extra sure-- you can fax the form-- include a printed copy of the online payment confirmation page with the form so that the deposit date is linked to the day of the online payment for certainty.</p>
<p>It takes another 24-48 hours for them to process it and you to have access to NTIE page…
You will see on your where am i in the process page - “enrollment deposit” under documents received and then a day later the confirmation under documents sent…at which time the NTIE page works and you can set up your andrew ID and start on all the other forms — most not due until end of May/early July…housing due last day of May.</p>
