So let me get this straight...(a few questions)

First off, CONGRATS to anyone officially accepted today. Seriously. Less than 40% of people get in, you should definitely be proud :)

I just have a few questions to kinda “confirm” what I’ve been hearing on different threads:

If we’re rejected from ED will we know it from the portal for sure? I’ve heard a lot of people saying that their portal has stopped including the phrase “for early decision”. Has anyone confirmed that this WILL appear for sure if you’re not into ED?

Do different majors release decisions at different times? It seems like the first couple people posting that they were accepted we’re in the Ag department, then it seemed like a bunch of engineering majors got accepted, then liberal arts. So will business and other majors just be later in the week or so?

What are the real chances of getting in RD if rejected for ED? It seems like a better chance since they actually are looking at you twice, and they know your committed to CP.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help out!

Forgot to add last question, lol:

Is CP still releasing decisions or are people barely logging on to find out now? It seems late for people to be working at a college releasing decisions…

Ok, I’ll try to answer as many as I can.

 1. I’m not sure about the portal, but by December 15th, an email will go out telling you whether or not you’ve been accept ED (or so I’ve heard)
 2. I think so… actually I think it’s a little random, since no consistent group has said they were accepted or not accepted yet
 3. From what I’ve heard, it’s still quite possible to get in RD if you don’t make ED.

Sorry if there are no resolute answers. :<

No prob, thanks for answering!
