So many choices, so little time

Hi,
This is my first time posting. I need your help/advice. I will be the first in my family to attend a university. I've been accepted to UCLA, UCB, UCI, UCSD, USC, and Boston University. I'm not sure what to choose and the deadline is May 1st (and 2nd for the UC's). I know I'm going to be Pre-Med. Ever since i was a child, I've always helped people. In the playground I was the girl helping the other little girl with a cut while the other little kids cried out of fear. So becoming a doctor has definitley been a dream of mine. I really like Boston University and UCLA, but I'm not sure which to choose. I've grown up in LA. My family's choice is UCLA, but I'm not sure if i agree with them (even them i tell them UCLA all the way!). Coming from a hispanic family, my father automatically states, "You're not going anywhere" while my mother states, "If you leave, it's beacause you don't love me." They want me to stay here, and they are willing to bribe me (which i don;t like) with a car (which they can't afford). I've worked very hard in school because i know how valuable education is. It is my key to a brighter future not only for me, but for my family. I want my brother to have a great life free from everything I had to see (shootings, gangs, etc.) and he's only six. What do you think I should choose? Which university has the greatest amount of Pre-Med students attending Med school? I would really appreciate your opinion. Thanks :)
