So Many Questions...

Well first of all I would love to be chanced...

SAT:1700
GPA: 90%, im around the top 50% of my class
APs: Lang & Comp (4) Ap Bio (1) AP Chem (3).
Ecs: Volunteered at orphanage in India for a month ( 250 hrs), Worked at a benefits management company for a month, Key Club 4 years, Interact Club 4 years, Chess Club 4 yrs, Robotics Club 4yrs, NHS 12th grade.
Other: I took these courses for Bio and English at my highschool and got county college credit for it.

Can I get into SAS or buisness? I really had some personal problems during HS which really held me back. I took the SAT this october and most likely got a 2000+, as I did on most practice tests. I would love to go into a Pre-med program.

Also will my county credit/AP credits transfer? I would appreciate some advice on what courses to take/skip.

Oh btw, Essay, according to my teachers is very strong. I will apply before the Early Decision Deadline

Rutgers loves high SATs. Assuming you got 2000+, I think yer good.

Rutgers, like many state schools, is numbers focussed: SAT & GPA are key. Supposedly the essay only comes into play for scholarships; ECs to a lesser extent.

I got in last year with an 1810 and an 84 GPA, so you should be fine. But I was out of state, so who knows.

I am pretty sure the Bio credit will not transfer. But, I think your AP English score will allow you to place out of the dreaded Expos class almost every student at Rutgers is required to take.
