and I see her a lot it's ok but at times it can get kind of annoying because she'll interogate me with questions of courses, and grades. I'll answer and then she'll ask the same questions again. Plus my friends know her too. LOL Does anyone else have this problem?

My mom died in a farming accident, so no, I don't have that problem.

my friend's mom is a grad student at my school...my friend goes to a different school though. it's cool running into her at random times though.

lol why does she go to the same school as you?

is your mom a teacher or a student at your college?

My mom is a grad student at Case. That's why even though they will give me a very large amount of money, I will not go there.

But have you ever run into her sloppy drunk at a frat party? 'Cause that's where it would get really hard to take.

hahaha @ ^

Your mom goes to college...haha sorry had to say that. If you haven't seen the movie then don't worry about it. AHAHAHA

she's a student and my friend had her in class and she was always 15 mins. late!!

lol .

watch what parties you go to

My mom WORKS at my school. She saw my semester grades an hour before I was able to online :/

It would be really awkward if she was a student too. Right now, I don't see her on campus unless I actually go to her office, and she's gone by 6pm anyway.

That's cool

Was your mom a student there before you? If so, I wouldn't have even applied there for that very reason.

We have a lot of that at my college since it's a community college. There was an article about it in our campus newspaper last year. Most parent/child students said that they really like having each other there, but that they don't take classes together because then they'd see each other too much and maybe have problems because of that, kinda like coworkers who get married. But they also say it's nice to not have to explain everything about the college to each other, which is something I'd love to have with my parents! (It's hard to tell stories about my day when I have to keep stopping to explain everything...)

We had a three-generation family graduate this year as well as a father and son, and they seemed like the happiest graduates in the bunch.

that almost happened to me. i was gonna go to college next yr. and my dad was still doing his phd and it looked like it was gonna take him another yr or 2. but luckily he's done.

I think that is awesome, you're lucky!
