I went on Myspace the other day cause I was bored. And it was dead, no one goes on it anymore. Like i saw profile pics that were there for 3yrs ago. Now everyone is on twitter and facebook.

Anybody kinda happy myspace is over and done with.

hahaha that’s great though. I was never into myspace to begin with…it always seemed to me like a breeding ground for pedos…LOL (and didnt like how it looked, its features etc…)

But fb>>>>>myspace anyday! i think there are still a handful of kids that still use myspace at my school…but other than that the majority is on fb.

Does anybody actually use Twitter for its intended purpose (whatever that is)? I don’t know anybody under 25 who actually has an active Twitter account.

^Nah, there’s a lot of people from my school or other schools in the area who use twitter. (I don’t have Twitter, I just stalk them on it)
I don’t know what the “intended purpose” is, but a lot of them just whine, curse, and say stuff like “omg no one can drive” and “eff you mom” and “only one/two/three more years until i’m out of this house”

Hmmm i know a lot of ppl that use twitter but most of them are 18+ and in their early twenties(tweet addicts hahaha)…twitter is a tool u use which makes it seem like you’re always on the go and busy…kinda like posting a status update as many times as you’d like…

but most ppl my age (teens) dont really use twitter…i suppose it isnt popular yet in that age group

Myspace does suck. The only people who use it now are druggies and dropouts. I got on it after like 3 months and all I had was like fifty invitations to join “mobs” or whatever.

Well, on another note… I used to be a total and complete MySpace whore, editing my profile, posting a ton of pictures that I took of myself that all looked exactly the same, and filling out those obnoxious bulletin surveys (at least once a day).

Now that I look back, I was such a loser… and this was only 3 years ago. I recently deleted everything off of my MySpace page, so even though it still exists, there are no traces of my stupidity left. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully part with it, though. :)

But yes, 'tis true that MySpace can now officially be pronounced dead. I wonder if Facebook’s next? IDK, something about Facebook just leads me to believe it’s going to last longer. It’s kind of revolutionized the way we stay in contact with people.

Ooooh… 1 more thing… has anyone logged into their MySpace account lately? I’m not kidding, it’s like Facebook 2.0.
