So now what...?

Should I send my ACT scores?? I'm going to apply to UVA, UNC, Richmond, Penn State, Penn (Wharton), and possibly Wake Forest and Elon. All of these scores already have my SAT scores.

June 2008 SAT: 700 CR 710 M 780 W
Dec 2007 SAT: 690 CR 710 M 780 W
Oct 2007 SAT: 670 CR 730 M 690 W

June 2008 ACT: 33 Composite, 32 English, 33 Math, 36 Reading, 29 Science, waiting on writing

Sat subject tests: 700 US history, 680 Math II (i'm retaking this in October)

Do you think that it is worth it to pay the extra to send ACT scores (will it help my application more than my SAT scores)?
Also, I got that ACT score cold turkey with no prep. Should I consider studying this summer and retaking in the fall?

bump. any advice?

You'll be fine...I think they'll look at one or the other, and your ACT score is comparable to your SAT scores. If you really feel you can bump up your ACT score by a good margin (to maybe a 35 composite) then consider retaking, but otherwise I think you'll be able to get into the schools you mentioned.

WOW, me and you have really similar scores! I'd say since you already sent the SAT's there's no reason to send the ACT too. I'm pretty much in the opposite boat. I've sent (29,32, 34) to colleges, and just got the 219 for SAT. I don't think I'm gonna send it anywhere additional.
