I noticed some people on here had applied where I did, and I'm just curious as to where everyone else who got in applied, was accepted, deferred, wait-listed, or rejected, or is still waiting on. It's always interesting to see! Post a couple statistics, and see how you stack up against others.

Glis: I’m from Denver and literally live a few blocks from DU… it’s a great school and my second choice, and I’m obviously really familiar with the neighborhood. I’ve toured twice. If you have any specific questions, you can message me!

Thank’s for the invite. What is your 1st choice? I’ve gotten in Gonzaga and Redlands so far- wait listed at Villanova. I want to combine Music and Medicine. What do you know about the overall reputation of DU for this?

Congratulations everyone :]
These are some really great schools I’m seeing, best of luck to all of you in the ones you’re waiting on! Anyone apply to BU? I’m still waiting there.

DU is honestly more of a liberal arts school than anything, although their sciences aren’t weak. I’m going to do cognitive neuroscience, and they have a specific program for that. I do know of someone who goes there with the neuroscience thing, but has a minor in music as well. A friend of mine is a high school senior and takes his music classes at DU, because he plays the upright bass for orchestras around Denver. It’s really working out for him, so DU would give you what you were looking for.
As great a school as it is, my first choice is still VILLANOVA!

I’m torn between Holy Cross, Nova, and SLU. ND was my top choice, but I won’t hear a final word from them until mid-May.

I’m seriously considering Nova, but I’m going to visit again this month. They have a 5 year BA/MS program in my major, which could be awesome Everything will work out the way it’s supposed to, for all of us!

I was waitlisted at BU. So I have officially heard from all of mine.
Nova is still the top choice, but after FA came out, I am thinking I might not be able to make that happen. I will give it a go, for sure…
