Im hoping to get in USMA and was wondering if you guys think I have a shot at it. I have a 3.9 GPA out of 4.0 scale. I am in the top 25% of my class. I have taken multiple honors courses at my old school and have moved to doing AP classes. I am an Eagle Scout, have attended Boys State, and also a varsity athlete in cross country and wrestling. I also am involved in National Honor Society and Church work. So do you guys think Ive got a shot, because I really am no matter what going to serve the USA and I think the best way to really get involved is West Point. I didn't include SAT scores because I have yet to receive them.

Also forgot I have 3 years of German all 90s or higher

I think you can probably get in. Your 25% class rank looks like the weakest component. If you score well on the SAT, the assumption will be that your school is just competitive. If you don’t score well on the SAT, the conclusion may be that you would struggle with West Point academics. Good luck.

The problem with my school is that class standing is unweighted so easy classes such as tech and Shop really increase the GPA so there standing is better however at the end of this year they are removing Class Rank completly
