I'm doing FOCUS Evolution & Humankind, since the courses for that just came out today, I was wondering if I might have any classes with CC'ers (though probably unlikely since there are so many sections in non-FOCUS courses) So what classes r u taking this coming semester?

Im doing:
FOCUS writing and dinner course for evo., for the seminars, Im taking the Biology and Society with Prof. O'Rand and Cultural Context of Evolutionary Theory w/ Prof. Surin. Im gonna take Chem23 as my elective. I just cant get used to how much free time there seems to be in my schedule. Ex. - On Friday, I only have one 50 minute class, the rest of the time is free! :)

Keep in mind you will have atleast 1 hour of studying / work to do per hour of class... you will have lots of free time but it wont be as much as you think

Actually I decided to go ahead and take CHEM151 first semester. Im just gonna review general chem by myself this summer - I want that B+ freshman orgo curve!!! :)

Unfortunately, I do not know my FOCUS courses yet... they put me in Forging Social Ideals and I have since then been granted a switch into Arts in Contemporary Society. They still put me in the FSI courses on ACES. My elective will probably be Chem 21L.

Econ 1D (I think alot of us are doing that!), The Bio 49S Seminar with Prof. Reynolds, Math 32L (hooray for Math LABS...I don't know what I'm getting myself into), and Spanish 63. I wanted to do Chem 21L, but I needed my math course, so I figure I'll do that soph year...oh well.

Is anyone else taking classes on Fridays? Due to my predicted FOCUS schedule, I think I have to take Chem 21L on Friday from 1:15-5:15 and have the mwf 8:45-9:35 lab. I guess I'm alright with it because I only have chem on fridays, but we'll see.

we havent actually enrolled in classes yet, that happens when the enrollment windows open around July 12th or something. You can bookbag courses now that interest you which will make enrollment much easier when the 12th rolls around. The classes and specifically the different sections with times and meeting places are online on ACES - you have to register on ACES 1st b4 u can see all this stuff.
