Possibly recruited for fencing?

Athletic recruiting helps very much.

Depends a lot on your essays and recs though.

You do have the "Ivy Scores", and the ECs look good .

Your passion in Fencing will play a big role in the decision.

You certainly do have a chance, but no guarantees.

Admission at Harvard is very unpredictable, but Good Luck.

hey fencer here~~ you're great, IVY scores plus great ECs, which weapon?? A korean just won the bronze for world championship for sabre in turino!! kudos Asian, btw i;m not korean, haha oh are you international or considered US citizen/resident?

naw, us citizen. btw, I fence foil. Our entire foil team was comprised of Asians and we took midwest champs. Asians are just quicker and smarter. JK

fencing is great. harvard like to have people in not so common sports like sailing ,rowing, fencing etc.. so dats would bump u up really high in their minds..
scores look goods maybe some volunteering or leadership??

i do some math tutoring in my school's resource center. And I also do some volunteer work with NHS. But do u think I can get in, if I'm not recruited? I mean, if that's the case, is fencing just another EC?

Let me guess, you go to Stevenson High School. If you can guess who I am, I'll give you a tootsie roll from my halloween left overs. I didn't realize that you were that good at fencing (or that you were going to apply to Harvard)

Unless you get recruited for fencing you are going to be rejected, you just aren't outstanding enough. However as I said before to you, it's worth applying, you never know, anyway I've not read your essays

"No Access to SAT or ACT Test Centers

Students who do not have access to a testing center in their country are the ONLY exceptions to the policy outline above. If you do not have access to a testing center, we will consider other internationally recognized credentials, such as the results of the Graduate Record Examination. Applicants must send the results of the GRE to the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, code 3451."
1-Is that true?
-If yes, I am only freshman and how am i going to take Graduate Record Examination?
2-Isn't this exam only for graduating students?
:) THANKS
