So What Is SU Really Like?

I'd like to know one thing though. For all the students that hated SU or felt that it wasn't as great, and for whatever reason- why didn't you just transfer out instead of suffering yourself? Wouldn't that be so much more logical?

I was accepted to the School of Human Services and Health Professions can anyone give me some valuable input on the school? thanks!

Why not transfer: it isnt that bad. I was thinking about trying for Cornell this year, but decided it wasn't worth my time. I have a nice job, a fabulous aid package, I know lots of high-up people in the city, in the university, and in the student body. I have access to some wonderful programs here, and the professors in my major have been quite good so far - being that they are in the Maxwell school, they all have connections and know a ton about what they're doing.

There are many things I don't like about being here, and if I could simply wish myself from SU to Cornell without having to do any work (applying, getting in, going there, learning a new campus, new friends, etc), I would. But at this point, the cost-benefit analysis shows that it just isnt worth it.

That's a valid reason, I'd probably do the same, sorry to hear that. But of all these many things you don't like, what's probably the worst quality/thing that you consider about your time at SU that Cornell has? It really can't be that much.
