I hate how people always give you some back story trying to sugarcoat themselves or something, so Im going right to the point. I WANT TO GET INTO UT AUSTIN, BUT IM NOT 7% okay so these are my stats:

GPA: UNW:3.5 W:4.0
CLASS RANK:108/422(every protagonist has their tragic flaw, right?)

I really believe my essays are the best they could be. I edited and re-edited with my english teacher all summer long.(I wrote essays A,B,and C)

I am hopefully receiving good recs from my BC calc teacher(also department head of math for the district), AP Chem teacher(also my SciOly coach), my Physics 2 teacher, and my Wrestling coach

My GPA has shown really great improvement. Freshman year Gpa was 3.2 and my junior was 4.6

I have also developed some iphone apps

I applied August 8th

Demographics: White(Libyan), Male, Senior, +$100,000

So, I am applying to Computer Science(UT’s most competitive major), and I would like to know what chances I have, thanks. I chance back

I hate to be the person to tell you this, but your chances aren’t great. These look like the stats of either a PACE/waitlist or just CAP applicant. You have decent test scores, but that rank is going to absolutely murder you. Not saying there isn’t a chance because there’s always a chance (your essays might be lit), but make sure you have an assortment of safeties.
