so when do we find out where we live?

I turned in my housing confirmation today but they didn't tell me which building of de neve plaza i am in and who my roommates are... well they release these answers in the near future(within a month or so)?

In August.

Last week of August, you will be provided the room # and roomate's name. (as well as their contact information).

Then, people will be mass-facebooking each other - to find out who's on his/her floor , etc.

i got de neve too! are you in a triple?

yep im in a triple, I just found out there is 3 buildings of de neve? I hope I get 4th floor lol the higher the better...

there's six buildings in de neve. acacia, birch, cedar, dogwood, evergreen, fir.
A/B is with the dining hall and have 6 floors (but really it's five... don't ask xD)
C/D are opposite the quad, linked by covered walkways, and have 4 floors.
E/F are each separate buildings. fir is really tiny and closest to the frats.

which one is better in terms of room size, convience, closer to campus?

hey, be happy you're in de neve ;)
okok.
A/B are nice because the dining hall is right downstairs, but that means we also get extra fire drills. at 7 am. and supposedly we have the biggest rooms. our laundry machines are on each floor but they only take quarters.
A and C are closest to campus, but all 6 buildings are really close, so that's just nitpicking.
C-F have laundry on the ground floor, which i believe take quarters or bruincard.
they're all very nice buildings! :)

I also have a question on bathrooms, someone mentioned that since de neve have private bathrooms if one roommate is in the bathroom the other two have to wait, but is there a community bathroom or anything on the floor, just like a smaller size bathroom than the res halls for times when two roommate have to go at the same time?

in acacia/birch, there are public bathrooms on the 3rd floor by the auditorium. also, bathrooms are by the lobby, next to the dining hall, and in the dining hall.
i have no idea about cedar-fir... but a lot of times, people who need to pee while their roommate is in the shower will just ask to use their neighbor's bathroom. make friends on your floor ;)
