So when do we start making payments?

<p>I'm freshman to USC, and I still don't get how the payment plan works..
Do we go through usconnect or pay through other things like OASIS
And when can we start making payments and lend loans?

<p>I think the Billing happened this weekend from the Bursar Office. The due date is August 19th - financial aid drops around the week of the due date (I.E. before the 19th)
Info on payment is at the studend financial services site. </p>

<p>@ripemango-if you’re living on campus, you’ll automatically be charged for one.</p>

<p>Meal plans are required based on housing (for example, housing with kitchens does not have the same requirements as standard dorm housing) but you can also select a different meal plan from a variety of options.</p>

<p>I should add that you’d only need to add plan if you don’t already have a suitable default plan.</p>

<p>On my son’s statement there are housing charges of $3539 for room and $45 for the activity fee, but no charge for his meal plan. I thought he selected the $2500 plan. If for some reason he hasn’t selected one yet shouldn’t there be a charge for the default plan? Should we contact someone about this?</p>

<p>Our statement showed $2500 for the default meal plan, which is the one he selected too. Yes I would call or email and ask.</p>

<p>Yes ripemango, go to Oasis and then choose USC e-pay/Current Billing Balance. I think we chose the meal plan on the housing website when we accepted the housing contract. I don’t know anything about parking.</p>

<p>I’m a little bit confused. On my billing statement, my meal plan and my parking pass are not listed. Also, is our meal plan put onto our USCard automatically?</p>

<p>@ZeldaFitzgerald, what do you mean by account? You’re saying it should show up on my bill right?</p>

<p>Yes, your student ePay account. The meal plan is automatically put on your card if you selected it.</p>

<p>Parking was JUST assigned, so it probably won’t show on your statement for a few weeks. I am a grad student and it hasn’t appeared on mine yet, either.</p>
