don’t be sorry Niquii, its just a pet peeve of mine, you didn’t offend me or anything

:ar!

My kids can speak pirate…how d oes that factor in on the nerd scale?

@MidwestSalmon Arrrrrrrre you serious!?

I’m an engineering gal that thinks DH and our friends and our friends are normal … the rest of the world not so much, but I love them too

I do know one. He spent 8 years after his EE bachelor degree to work on his Ph.D. He is a friendly but not a social person and spent most of his time in the lab.

There are many Nerd types out there, you just need to know where to look. Silicon Valley is a good start, I see them all the time.

I worked with some people are anti-social, some were up into their 50’s, Ted Kaczynski types, extremely well educated and smart, could do hand calculations in mid air but would be loners and had weird antics, some made noises at their desk like grunts and clicks.

“some made noises at their desk like grunts and clicks.”

I would run out of that building as quick as I can and…never return.

To the guy who mentioned his coworker is a brony, what company do you two work in? I’m an electrical engineering student currently.
A small company working with fibet optics outside of Washington DC.
Sweet, that’s my emphasis, too bad I live all the way in California. Thanks.
