So, where are the Warrington students?

Just wondering where's everyone planning to attend the Warrington College of Business Administration =) I plan on majoring BA-FIN for Finance. Can't wait for summerrrrrrrrrrr.

Warrington bound too

Major: Economics
Minors: Philosophy and Business Administration

Prelaw (Corporate)

So many South Floridians around. I went to Beach High for a while =)
I'm hoping to major in Finance and minor in Business Administration and Economics. Let's see how it works out.

You thinking about doing Warrington Welcome? I heard it was a pretty good course. Can anyone comment on it?

I had never heard of it, jsut looked it up and it looks pretty interesting..definitely would like the opinion of someone who took it though. Can you take it in the summer B term?

I believe so. I would also take it in Summer B

I am planning on doing BA-FIN for Finance too, see you Summer B.

sweet a lot of summer B people:)) can't wait!

Warrington Welcome is the same as your First Year Florida class, but relevant to Business majors, etc. My friend took it Summer B 2006, when we started. It's a good class to take Summer B, it's one credit and you only meet once a week. It basically makes you aware of everything UF and the Warrington College has to offer. You have several activities to do. My friend thought it was a decent class. I took First Year Florida for my Major and it was alright. I would recommend taking it Summer B because in the Fall/Spring you have other classes to worry about and some of the activities for Warrington Welcome/ FYF are tedious and may take up some time, IMO.

UFGators: Overall would you recommend taking Warrington Welcome for Summer B? If yes, would taking one easy class and one moderately difficult class along with it be too tedious?

Yes, I would. It's an easy class, not hard at all. And I think it's a great way for you to get to know UF, Warrington, etc. Some of the work is tedious, I'm not going to lie, but it won't kill you. What other class did you want to take?

It's also a requirement if you would like to join the Florida Leadership Academy which is a special program for the top 100 business students at UF

2nd year accounting student in the Fisher school...do not consider myself part of Warrington. :)
