Maybe it's because I live in the Southwest, but I haven't gotten a letter yet. 2 friends at my school were rejected yesterday, though. Anyone else (non-international) still waiting? This sucks...

I live in the southwest as well, but I received mine on Friday

I live in NYC and haven't heard yet lol.

I live in Oklahoma and hasn't heard yet. Going to come back during lunch to check. I'm so nervous.

Haha, it's so strange. NYU is the last of 8 schools to get back to me, and it's been my #1 choice for 3 years. Funny how it all works out like that. But yeah, uyulove, i'm anxious too.

I haven't heard either. Maybe I'm rejected :(

people got their rejections lettesr already and waitlist letters and acceptance letters i guess it could be any of the 3.. !! I HOPE MINE IS A FAT PURPLE PACKET PLEASE

midatlantic area
no worddddddddddddd rarrr

Southwest-- no word, either. Oi vey!

nifer223-- NYU is the last to get back to me and I've been wanting it for 4 years! Isn't that peculiar?

South Florida...no word yet.

so. cal no hear
nyus my no. 1 but my surprise acceptance to cal is hard to walk away from...

My son hasn't heard yet. We're in northern California.

Expect the envelope today or tomorrow.

heard today @ OKlahoma. rejected. ouch

International student from singapore, heard nothing so far. Doesn't look good

Still have heard.......oh the mail man just came... hopefully the letter just came....

haven't heard yet... hopefully today. i might walk up to my house during school to check because no one else is allowed near the mailbox. haha.

I'm from Southern California.... Gallatin applicant. Most people in my area have heard already but I haven't. Maybe because I applied to Gallatin? or maybe just utterly random. NYU isn't one of my top choice schools or anything so waiting isn't a huge burden.

To every other NYU-fan that hasn't recieved anything yet... good luck!!

Anxiously awaiting something with purle on it (hopefully thick) in Alabama. It's also the last of seven schools to get back to me, but I did receive the majority of mine through e-mail, so maybe that's got something to do with it, or...... (I don't even want to think about it) MAYBE IT GOT LOST IN THE MAIL!!!!!!!!

We are on the Central Coast of California, hoping it comes in today's mail. My daughter was invited to University Day on Sunday and got an email from the head of her prospective department encouraging her to stay interested in NYU, so we're hoping it will be an acceptance letter. If not, that invite would be a nasty joke.

I live about a half hour away from NYC.. Still nothing.

Is that weird?
