I'm very, very confused about where I should go to college. I'm debating between Kenyon, Middlebury, Hamilton and Bucknell. I want to major in Creative Writing, Probably double in Film, and minor in Spanish.

I was wondering if some current students could share what it was that really made them choose Kenyon. Obviously, I'll have to make my own decision in the end, but I'm just completely, utterly confused! :(

One of my favorite professors left teaching at Middlebury to teach at Kenyon because he said Middlebury students “turns their brains off once they leave the classroom” and that Kenyon students are always thinking.

You’ve got the right interests for Kenyon. English is our strongest program, and Kenyon is building a strong set of classes in film to go along with the drama program. Midd has the language stuff going for it. If I were you I would be deciding between those two unless there’s some big financial aid issue or something. Midd is bigger and obviously Vermont is not the same as Ohio, but otherwise the two are relatively similar.
