If, on a college's website, it says that it needs a Secondary School Report, does it include a counselor rec? Can we assume that it needs one even if it does not explicitly state so? Or do we only need a counselor rec if the website says so?

Second question: when I sent all my recs to my teachers I accidently made a mistake in my senior class schedule (that was automatically printed onto the Teacher form thing)... should I go back and ask my teachers if they can correct it, should I give them a new, revised, correct form, or is it not that important? (I just left out Orchestra second term)

Secondary School Report includes a written evaluation section for the counselor to fill out. The counselor also has the option to attach a longer evaluation (/letter). If they complete the School Report then you'll be fine.

Thanks pFNMCp. Can someone confirm or refute? I don't want colleges to be missing some things, but then again I don't want colleges to have an extra counselor rec that they don't need. -_-

Specifically, the schools in question are Stanford, Cornell, UChicago, and WashU.
