SoCal Resident - Transferring to CSUs

Ahhh this is my first time so here it goes!

I'm currently an student, and I'm hoping to transfer to a 4 year college in spring 2015. I'm a major in Business Management, and I'm currently finishing my classes at a CC right now. The thing is The CSUs usually only accept upper division students during spring, so I'm quite sure I'll be able to finish that-- I just want to know what my chances are?

My GPA (as of right now): 2.4
Colleges I want to go to: CSULB, CSUF, SDSU, and a university out of the country (but I'm pretty sure I'll get in there).

Oh! And I'm a resident, in the area-- so yeah.

; 7 ; So if there any helpers out there...!! Please do chance me! Thank you!

The CSUs you list are pretty competitive. I don’t think a 2.4 will get you in.

Hi @onefiftycm,
Getting into CSUs are very competitive and most CSUs only accept fall applicants.
You should think about applying for Fall 2015 so that you can take classes in Spring 2014 and bring up your GPA.
Unfortunately, with your GPA it might not be strong enough to get you into SDSU or CSULB. An average GPA would be 3.3 - 3.5.
