Just curious... which dorm is generally considered the next most social dorm after Baker?

generally speaking BC ends up with a lot of the people who chose Baker 1st, but that really really depends on the floor you get on. They range from crazy to quiet in BC, but it is often considered the second most "west campus" of the dorms for incoming freshmen.

baker isn't the most social dorm. some of its halls are social, but so are some halls in Senior House, and EC, and BC, and Macgregor, and...

Sklog, I've actually heard that BC is the most "east campus" of the west campus dorms... is that not true, or is there just a huge variety of people there? I'm just debating whether to put BC or EC as my second choice, and I keep flip-flopping...

dally, I think BC's just pretty heterogeneous -- the culture varies quite a bit by floor.

For the OP's question, I have trouble characterizing the dorms on a scale of "social" -- the differences between dorms aren't really of the social vs. not social variety. What's different is the type of social activities in which dorm residents engage.

I don't think many people in BC would agree that it's one of the most "west campus" dorms. While culture certainly does vary a lot by floor, I think it's worth noting that the reason I love living in BC so much is because it's the most "east campus" of the west campus dorms. In my opinion/experience, anyway.
