I heard that NU is really pre professional and thus you dont really develop deep connections, Is this true?
Not true at all. It’s actually a very social school, whether that means parties, Greek life, clubs, res colleges, etc. I have formed some really deep and great friendships here. NU kinda gets a bad rep as being full of nerds who are constantly studying and trying to bring each other down, but it’s really not like that. Most people are very friendly and laid-back.
